Salman Khan opens up about past: She was a friend, but never liked me romantically

Salman Khan, who is gearing up for the release of his big Eid film Tubelight, dropped his guards and talked about his teenage years.

Salman Khan doesn’t know what to hide and how to hide. Always a person to speak his heart out, the Bhai of Bollywood once again got emotional while talking to an English daily.

As per an article in Mid-Day, Salman Khan said how he felt heartbroken at the age of 16 when somebody he liked was just not into him. He said, “I was 16 and there was this girl I really liked, but I could never muster the courage to tell her that. I was scared she would say no. She dated two of my friends and it didn’t work out [with either of them]. She was a friend to me, but never liked me romantically. When others dated her, I was heartbroken. She never got to know of my feelings.”

Since then he has been unlucky in love as his love-stories with many Bollywood actors didn’t reach a happy ending.

Khan refused to mention any name. “She doesn’t like me, her dog doesn’t like me and her family comes a lot later. I was sad for a few days and it felt like life was coming to an end. Today, I thank God. Till this day, I don’t take her name. I am sure she is happy. I haven’t seen her in 35 years.”

On the work front, Salman is now gearing up for his big Eid release Tubelight.
