“I feel bad for Sanju. I think he was looking at David (director David Dhawan) sir’s belly (Dhawan was sitting between Haydon and Dutt) ... not my legs,” says the 25-year-old.

Is she sure it wasn’t her revealing dress? “The slit was not too high ... yet, it was a sexy dress and I don’t regret wearing it even if it distracted people at the event,” says Haydon, who bares her back in the movie.

“Limitations limit an actor, so I think it is important for me to be open to all possibilities. You never know where it will take you, so I have no inhibitions or limitations set for myself.” She says she was absolutely comfortable shooting for the scene. “I am doing it because it’s done aesthetically. I don’t blame people for stereotyping me, but as time passes, perceptions will change,” she says. The film, also starring Ajay Devgn and Kangna Ranaut, opens on Oct 6.
