Actor Shraddha Kapoor is recently shooting for Batti Gul and Meter Chalu with actor Shahid Kapoor in Uttarakhand.

Actor Shraddha Kapoor has a choc-a-block schedule coming up, but she’s not complaining, especially with the variety of films that are keeping her busy. She has finished shooting for the first schedule of the horror-comedy Stree, co-starring Rajkummar Rao. The actor was shooting in Chanderi, a small village in the Bhopal district, and after coming back to Mumbai, she had to almost immediately pack her bags for Bangkok to shoot for a brand she promotes.

Soon after the ad shoot got over, Shraddha flew down to Tehri, Uttarakhand, where he started shooting for the first leg of director Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul and Meter Chalu. Shraddha is paired opposite actor Shahid Kapoor in this film, which is a love story with a social message.

Notwithstanding the thrill of juggling several projects together, Shraddha admits to missing out on family time. Talking about it, Shraddha says, “It is very exciting to jump from one world to another. I am absolutely loving it. The only thing I miss, is spending time with my family.”

Apart from juggling these two films, Shraddha is also working on Saaho, starring actor Prabhas, till April this year. Meanwhile, she has also been training to play badminton star Saina Nehwal in her biopic. The film is helmed by Amole Gupte and reportedly goes on floors in September this year.
