Sonakshi Sinha to launch Akira song, sing at a Mumbai college

Actor Sonakshi Sinha who turned singer with Ishqholic, is happy to sing live in front of an audience.

Of late, many Bollywood actors have tried their hand at singing. The latest one to jump on the bandwagon is Sonakshi Sinha. In December, 2015, she broke into the music scene with a single, Aaj Mood Ishqholic Hai. She has been working on her playback skills since then. Now, Sonakshi is set to perform live for the first time at a city college.

“Performing for a live audience has been my dream since I was a child. I want people to dance to my tunes. It’s like a dream come true. I’m really excited,” says the actor.

Sonakshi is glad that she has sung in her next film. She might even sing her future projects too. In the past, her contemporaries Shraddha Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have also sung for their movies. Parineeti Chopra, too, is set to venture into playback singing with her next project.
