Skim through Grace Reeves, a debt-ridden fashionista who has a disease of compulsive shopping, stumbles upon a super-rich art dealer named Vaughn, who offers her a deal — if she becomes his mistress, he will fill her bags with money.

The author uses London’s colloquial terms freely through the book, interspersed with one fashion label per page. The book drags on with sexcapades in each chapter. It would probably work well for someone who is sex-starved, debt-ridden and loves reading trashy writing.

Perhaps, this is a closer look at the 20-somethings of London, but it’s alien to most Indian readers, who might find it hard to understand a person becoming a sex slave for a Marc Jacob bag.
