Steve With Hair is a look we'll all know by the time Simon & Schuster's mass market edition hits the shelves this September.
That's thanks in part to the Ashton Kutcher biopic due a month earlier in August, based in turn on Isaacson's book of Apple's guru.
It was Albert Watson that took the photo for the book's hardcover jacket, a portrait approved by Jobs himself.
But Norman Seeff snapped the younger Jobs in a near-identical pose back in 1984, one that then appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone's commemorative issue dated October 27, 2011, and is the one to decorate the Isaacson reissue on September 14.
