Adani Enterprises makes Pranav Adani additional director

Multinational conglomerate company Adani Enterprises on Wednesday appointed Pranav Adani as an additional director, following re-organisation of the company’s business structure.

Multinational conglomerate company Adani Enterprises on Wednesday appointed Pranav Adani as an additional director, following re-organisation of the company’s business structure.

Pranav, nephew of the company’s founder and chairman Gautam Adani, is currently heading the group’s agro business as managing director of Adani Wilmar.

Pranav’s appointment is with effect from March 31, 2015.

In January, Adani Enterprises had announced a major business reorganisation aimed at unravelling its corporate structure and unlocking shareholder value.
