Hearing a dispute between the Mukesh-led Reliance Industries Ltd and the Anil-led Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL) over gas supply from the Krishna-Godavari basin, Justice JN Patel said: “Why can’t the brothers go back to the mother and discuss it?”

RNRL counsel Mukesh Rohatgi said Anil was ready to meet Mukesh, but RIL lawyer Milind Sathe said he’d await the elder brother’s instructions.

Sathe said that earlier too a judge had suggested that the brothers meet and resolve their issues, but there was no meeting.
