Infosy ranked highest in client satisfaction

Infosys Technologies has been ranked the highest in client satisfaction in outsourcing services, the IT company said on Wednesday.

Infosys Technologies Ltd has been ranked the highest in client satisfaction in outsourcing services and among the top three in consulting services by an independent survey report by technology and market research firm Forrester Research Inc, the IT company said on Wednesday.

The report cites that while other offshore players were likely to focus more on BPO, Infosys was expected to reach further into the consulting services market, the city-based, NASDAQ-listed firm said in a statement.
