Refinery margins boost HPCL net
Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) on Thursday reported a 48% year-on-year jump in net profit at Rs 1,122.7 crore for the quarter ended March on high refinery margins.

Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) on Thursday reported a 48% year-on-year jump in net profit at Rs 1,122.7 crore for the quarter ended March on high refinery margins.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 757.5 crore in the year ago period.
Revenues rose 28% to Rs 37,765.5 crore during the period against from Rs 29.429.7 crore a year ago.
Net profit rose 18.2% to Rs 1,539.0 crore during 2010-11.
