SAIL Q4 net up 72 pct, beats f'casts

Top steel maker Steel Authority of India Ltd said on Monday that its January-March net profit rose 72 per cent from a year ago to stand at 19.02 billion rupees, beating forecasts.
A Reuters poll of 10 brokerages had forecast net profit of 17.78 billion rupees on sales of 97.36 billion rupees.
