Snapdeal hires ex-HUL exec Kanika Kalra as VP Marketing

eCommerce major Snapdeal on Tuesday said it has appointed former HUL Brand Director Kanika Kalra as its vice president (marketing).

Snapdeal has roped in former HUL Brand Director Kanika Kalra as its Vice President (Marketing).

With over 12 years of experience, Kalra joins Snapdeal after stints at Hindustan Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd and Pepsico, Snapdeal said in a statement.

At Snapdeal, she will focus on making the business more customer-centric and ensuring creativity and impact in all communication, it added.

“She comes with a vast and distinguished experience in brand marketing. As we look at defining more innovative solutions for our customers, I am sure she will add tremendous value and further fuel our growth,” Snapdeal co-founder Rohit Bansal said.
