The company will significantly increase the number of models in its range and create thousands of jobs over the next decade, Tata Motors-owned JLR said in a statement on Friday. The firm has already begun the process by hiring 1,500 new employees at its Liverpool factory.
“This is a triumph for all concerned,” said Ralf Speth, chief executive, JLR.
