Union Bank Of India is seeking licences to open branches in Australia and Belgium and has received the Indian central bank's nod to set up a subsidiary in the UK, its chairman said on Friday.
The lender expects FY12 net interest margins at 3.1 per cent, M.V. Nair told reporters.
