30-yr-old woman ends life
A 30-year-old woman allegedly hanged herself to death here on Wednesday night at her Sector 49 house. The woman was identified as Gurpreet Kaur.

A 30-year-old woman allegedly hanged herself to death here on Wednesday night at her Sector 49 house. The woman was identified as Gurpreet Kaur.
Gurpreet was found hanging in her room by her mother-in-law. Gurpreet's parents alleged that their daughter was being harassed by her in laws for dowry. Acting on their complaint, police registered a case under section 304 B (dowry death) of the IPC.
