AAP delegation urges MC tomake city stray-animals free

The members of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by activist Neetu Chahal on Thursday submitted a representation to municipal commissioner Uma Shankar Gupta requesting strict measures against stray dogs and cattle menace.

The members of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by activist Neetu Chahal on Thursday submitted a representation to municipal commissioner Uma Shankar Gupta requesting strict measures against stray dogs and cattle menace.

The representation signed by around 200 residents of Sector 68 highlighted the dangers of accidents and routine incidents of dog bites. The delegation urged the administration for vaccination and sterilisation of dogs.

They also urged a provision for sheltering stray dogs.The commissioner assured the residents of taking remedial steps.
