Badal cabinet reshuffle: Cheema gets education; Tota Singh gets NRI affairs and agriculture

In a major rejig of council of ministers of Parkash Singh Badal's government, Daljit Singh Cheema gets education; Tota Singh gets NRI affairs and agriculture while Sohan Singh Thandal gets jails and tourism. Surjit Singh Rakra was made water supply and sanitaton minister while Sikander Singh Maluka will now look after rural development. Sharanjit Dhillion gets irrigation; Sukhbir Badal gets power while the CM keeps civil aviation.
