Four IAS, 5 PCS officers transferred

The Punjab government on Tuesday transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and five Punjab Civil Service (PCS) officers. VK Sharma, secretary, defence services welfare, in addition to commissioner Ferozepur and Faridkot division to his charge of commissioner, Ferozepur and Faridkot division.

The Punjab government on Tuesday transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and five Punjab Civil Service (PCS) officers.

VK Sharma, secretary, defence services welfare, in addition to commissioner Ferozepur and Faridkot division to his charge of commissioner, Ferozepur and Faridkot division.

Amit Kumar has been posted as the additional commissioner, municipal corporation, Moga, in addition to ADC(D) Moga against a vacant post, while Gurlovleen Singh Sidhu, the Patiala municipal corporation commissioner, has been posted as the special secretary, local government.

Adapa Karthik, the additional excise and taxation commissioner, Punjab, has been posted as the additional secretary, health and family welfare.

The PCS officers transferred include Harjot Kaur, who has been transferred as the assistant commissioner (grievances), Fatehgarh Sahib, in addition to assistant commissioner (general), Fatehgarh Sahib. Arina Duggal has been posted as the assistant commissioner (general), Ludhiana, in addition to the assistant commissioner (grievances), Ludhiana, while Anupreeta Johal has been posted as the secretary (exams), Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala. Ajmer Singh, PCS (retd), has been posted as ADC (general), Moga, and will also hold the charge of the SDM, Dharamkot.

Amarbir Kaur Bhullar has been posted as the assistant commissioner (general), Mohali, in addition to the post of assistant commissioner (grievances), Mohali.

Shivdular Singh Dhillon, additional excise and taxation commissioner, Patiala, has been relieved of the charge of director, sports, Punjab.
