Gurgaon SHO held while taking bribe

The Haryana vigilance bureau (VB) has arrested inspector Sajjan Kumar, station house officer (SHO) at Sadar police station, Gurgaon, and Sanjeev Gupta, a resident of Gurgaon, on a charge of accepting a bribe of Rs 1 lakh from Rajender Kumar, also from Gurgaon, in lieu of getting his name deleted from an FIR in a criminal case. A case had been registered against the accused, a spokesperson for the VB said in a release on Tuesday.
