Haryana girl killed for honour, father arrested
Suspecting the character of his daughter, a man has allegedly throttled his 20 year-old-girl for having an affair at Jhajjar town on Wednesday night. The victim has been identified as Pooja, a student of general nursing and midwifery course from a Sirsa based private college.

Suspecting the character of his daughter, a man has allegedly throttled his 20 year-old-girl for having an affair at Jhajjar town on Wednesday night.
The victim has been identified as Pooja, a student of general nursing and midwifery course from a Sirsa based private college.
The matter came to fore, when Manish, the brother of victim approached police about the issue. He stated that when he reached home on the said night, he saw his father strangulating his sister with a cable.
He tried to intervene, but it was late by then. On his complaint, police arrested the man identified as Ramesh on Thursday evening after registering a murder case against him.
