HC notice to Punjab govt on Jain's appointment as PSWC chairman
Punjab and Haryana high court has issued a notice to Punjab government on a petition challenging appointment of Joginderpal Jain as chairman of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation (PSWC). Jain recently resigned as Congress MLA and joined Shiromani Akali Dal.
