Hooda urges Sushma to take immediate steps

Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday urged union minister for exter nal affairs Sushma Swaraj to take urgent steps to rescue the Indians, including residents of Haryana, stranded or kidnapped in Iraq, and offered all kinds of assistance required in getting them evacuated.

Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday urged union minister for exter nal affairs Sushma Swaraj to take urgent steps to rescue the Indians, including residents of Haryana, stranded or kidnapped in Iraq, and offered all kinds of assistance required in getting them evacuated.

In a letter written to her, Hooda assured the union minister that the Haryana government was committed to lending a helping hand to the Centre in facilitating a safe evacuation of the stranded Indians from Iraq.
