Judicial officers promoted, shifted

On the recommendation of the Punjab and Haryana high court, the Punjab government has promoted five judicial officers as additional district and sessions judge (ADSJ).

On the recommendation of the Punjab and Haryana high court, the Punjab government has promoted five judicial officers as additional district and sessions judge (ADSJ).

The promoted officers are Gurdarshan Kaur Dhaliwal (civil judge senior division, Faridkot); Harinder Sidhu (ADSJ, ad hoc, at Patiala fast-track court; Harjeet Singh (ADSJ, ad hoc) at Ludhiana; Balwinder Kumar Sharma, and Rakesh Kumar Sharma (ADSJ, ad hoc) at Jalandhar fast-track court.

Balwinder Kumar Sharma is transferred from Jalandhar to Chandigarh as officer on special duty at the high court, which has also transferred ADSJ Parmod Goyal from Sonepat to Chandigarh as OSD.
