Man killed in road mishap near Sec 27
A 46-year-old man was killed after the motorcycle he was riding slipped near Sector 27 here on Sunday.

A 46-year-old man was killed after the motorcycle he was riding slipped near Sector 27 here on Sunday.
The victim, identified as Kirpal Singh, was a scooter mechanic at a petrol pump in Sector 19. He was on his way back home on the scooter around 2pm. Kirpal sustained head injuries after he lost balance of the two-wheeler and fell down. He also suffered injuries on other parts of the body.
The police was informed and the victim was rushed to Government Multi-specialty Hospital in Sector 16 where doctors declared him brought dead. The body has been kept in the hospital mortuary and will be handed over to family members after post-mortem.
