Moga DSP's murder case: Bail plea of two accused dismissed
The Punjab and Haryana high court has dismissed the bail applications of two accused of the double murder of Moga deputy superintendent of police (DSP) Balraj Singh Gill and Monika Kapila. Hasaanjit Singh alias Hasaan and Ravinder Singh alias Rinku has applied for the bail on January 22.

Harpreet Sandhu advocate appeared on behalf of complainant of Fir in DSP Balraj Gill double murder case in High Court. Sandhu being counsel of complanant had filed two petitions seeking cancellation of these bail applications on the ground that accused Hassanjit alias Hassan and accused Ravinder Singh Rinku had committed the most heinous crime in which a well decorated Police officer DSP Balraj Gill and a Lady were brutally murdered in Ludhiana. The High Court has also directed the trial court to make all efforts to expedite the trial.
Sandhu said that the prosecution has already completed the entire evidence in the Trial court pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, Priya Sood and the matter is fixed for recording the statement of the accused. Next date of hearing of the case is February 6.
