P’kula cop attempts suicide, critical
A head constable posted with the crime investigation agency (CIA), Panchkula, allegedly attempted suicide by shooting himself in his right temple with his service revolver on Thursday.

A head constable posted with the crime investigation agency (CIA), Panchkula, allegedly attempted suicide by shooting himself in his right temple with his service revolver on Thursday.
Kuldeep Singh, 48, who was earlier posted with the crime investigation department (CID) was recently shifted to the CIA.
At present, he has been admitted in Alchemist Hospital, Sector 21, and is reported to be critical.
In the, he went to Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Sector 3 in his Tata Indigo Manza car, where he allegedly shot himself under a tree. The police was informed and he was taken to hospital.
His fellow personnel said he was disturbed over an FIR lodged against him at Mouli police post by his relatives due to a land dispute in his native village.
