Punjab chief secretary bereaved
Ram Adhar, 95, father of Punjab chief secretary Rakesh Singh, passed away after a brief illness in Varanasi on Friday morning. Chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, deputy chief minister Sukhbir Badal and information and public relations minister Bikram Majithia have condoled the death.
