Punjab government on Thursday night transferred 15 IAS and PCS officers.Director general of school education (DG SE) GK Singh has been shifted and posted as MC Commissioner, Ludhiana, while Rabinder Sharma is the new DC Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
