Punjab to adopt plus points of US education system
Punjab has launched a special initiative to revamp the educational system by adopting the positive trends of education system of the US and other developed countries, education minister Sikandar Singh Maluka said in Chandigarh.
In a statement released to the media, he said a high- level delegation of education ministers of different states visited the US to critically examine the education system of that country with a motive to incorporate its positive trends.
He said this visit was conducted under the directives of Union ministry of human resource development, ministry of foreign affairs and department of higher education.
