Announcing this here, a spokesperson of the chief minister's office said the file was cleared by chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Saturday morning.
ADGP CSR Reddy has been posted as ADGP (information technology and telecommunication) in place of ADGP Jasminder Singh, who will now be ADGP traffic.
ADGP RP Singh will be ADGP (welfare and HRD).
IGP Balbir Kumar Bawa has been posted as IGP (security) and DIG SK Singh will now be IGP (human rights). DIG Mohnish Chawla has been posted as DIG (administration) at Chandigarh.
DIG Balkar Singh Sidhu will now be DIG, Patiala range.
DIG Amar Singh Chahal has been transferred as DIG, Ferozepur Range. DIG Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh will be DIG (counter-intelligence) in addition to being DIG, Jalandhar range.
DIG Shive Kumar Verma has been posted as DIG, Bathinda range. Nawanshahr SSP Sanmeet Kaur has been transferred as AIG, investigation (bureau of investigation).
DCP Bikram Pal Singh Bhatty will now be DCP, Jalandhar, and AIG Babu Lal Meena will be AIG, State Narcotics Control Bureau, and also as Commandant, 4th IRB, Kapurthala.
Faridkot SSP Sukhdev Singh Kahlon has been transferred as AIG, Intelligence, and DCP Jalandhar, Charanjit Singh, will be the new Faridkot SSP.
AIG Snehdeep Sharma has been posted as the new SSP of Nawanshahr. Commandant Harjinder Singh will now be the Amritsar DCP.
Jalandhar (rural) SSP Narinder Bhargava has been transferred as Commandant, 3rd IRB, Ludhiana. Jaspreet Singh Sidhu will now be SSP, Jalandhar (rural).
Assistant commandant Bhupinder Singh has been posted as commandant, 5th IRB, Amritsar.
Punjab transfers 2 PCS officers
Chandigarh: The Punjab government on Saturday issued the transfer orders of two PCS officers. Announcing this here, a spokesperson of the chief minister's office said assistant commissioner (general), Bathinda, Narinder Singh, has been posted as sub-divisional magistrate (SDM), Rampura Phul, whereas Rampura Phul SDM Sakkatar Singh has been posted as assistant commissioner general, Bathinda.
