Teen nabbed with 6gm heroin near ISBT-43
The operation cell of Chandigarh Police on Friday arrested a youth after recover-ing 6gm heroin from his possession. The accused has been identified as Kshitish Shorey, 19, a resident of Phase 11, SAS Nagar. The police said they spotted Shorey carrying a polythene bag in his hands near CTU workshop near ISBT, Sector 43.

The operation cell of Chandigarh Police on Friday arrested a youth after recover-ing 6gm heroin from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Kshitish Shorey, 19, a resident of Phase 11, SAS Nagar.
The police said they spotted Shorey carrying a polythene bag in his hands near CTU workshop near ISBT, Sector 43.
However, when he spotted the police party, he tried to change his way, but in vain, as cops nabbed him. On being frisked, cops found 6gm heroin in his polythene bag. The police arrested him and booked him under section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in a case registered at Sector-36 police station.
