Truck crushes 21-yr-old near CTU workshop
An unidentified 21-year-old man was killed in an accident after a truck ran over him at the Industrial Area near Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) bus workshop around 9:30 pm. Sources said the 21-year-old was rushed to the GMCH 32, where he was declared brought dead.

An unidentified 21-year-old man was killed in an accident after a truck ran over him at the Industrial Area near Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) bus workshop around 9:30 pm. Sources said the 21-year-old was rushed to the GMCH 32, where he was declared brought dead.
The truck, carrying spare parts for a tractor manufacturing company, went over the pavement.
The truck driver, identified as Jarnail Singh, was arrested. A case of causing death due to rash and negligent driving was registered at the Industrial Area police station.
