Two juveniles, aged around 16, were apprehended on Saturday for breaking into a jhuggi in Sector 25 and stealing some utensils, brass parts of a hookah and some documents. They were later caught. A case under Sections 380 (theft) and 457 (lurking house trespass) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered at the Sector 11 police station. The duo was sent to a juvenile home.

Meanwhile, one Aman Kumar of Sector 25-D told police that the battery of an inverter and an Aadhar card were stolen from his house. A theft case was registered at the Sector 11 police station.
2 phones stolen from shop
A shopkeeper from Grain Market in Sector 26, one Ram Baran, told police that his shop was broken into on the intervening night of March 3 and March 4 and two mobile phones and some documents were stolen. A theft case was registered at the Sector 26 police station.
