CM Bhagwant Mann approves new township near Mohali

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday gave a go ahead for setting up an ultra-modern new township in the Mohali master plan. The decision was taken in a meeting of the housing and urban development department chaired by the CM here. According to Mann, the proposed township will provide affordable housing facilities to the people in the Tricity. He also asked the officers of urban development department and Greater Mohali Area Development Authority to explore the feasibility of shifting the upcoming Medical College at Mohali on a new stretch of land.
