Dr Balbir Singh takes charge as Punjab’s new health minister

Finance minister Harpal Singh Cheema, social security minister Dr Baljit Kaur, rural development and panchayat minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, education minister Harjot Singh Bains and information and public relations minister Aman Arora were among those present.

The new minister said that the Delhi model of development has been popularised in the country and abroad, and the Delhi model will be delivered in each and every corner of Punjab
