Ahead of the inauguration of mohalla clinics by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government on the 75th Independence Day, local MLAs and leaders have been conducting regular inspections of the ongoing civil works.

On Tuesday, MLA (East) Daljit Singh Bhola Grewal inspected the ongoing works to establish the mohalla clinic in Focal point area and directed the officials to complete the work by August 11. AAP leaders said people would be benefitted at large after the inauguration of clinics.
Grewal said doctors, pharmacists and two other assistants have been appointed, while furniture and other requisite materials were also being purchased by the government. He said the opening of mohalla clinic in Focal point area would benefit residents of Rajiv Gandhi Colony, Labour Colony, Sherpur and the adjoining areas.
Similarly, AAP leaders, led by district president Suresh Goyal, had inspected the ongoing works of establishing the clinics on Metro road, Focal point, among other areas, on Monday.
