Though the schools will open for teachers and staff for administrative work, students will not be allowed to come till further orders.

The order issued by Pratap Singh Baghel, secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, was sent to divisional assistant education directors and Basic Shiksha Adhikaris across the state. While online classes for students resumed last month, schools will be opened to conduct admissions for the new academic session work like distribution of free books and maintenance and beautification work.

Teachers have been asked to conduct online classes from schools. The Basic Shiksha Parishad has decided to deposit sanctioned money for mid-day meals directly in the account of students or their parents.
