According to a press statement released by the authority, “The authority had planned a ‘first come, first served’ housing distribution process for unsold homes located in the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) area. The distribution was scheduled to begin on May 28. However, following the announcement of elections to the legislative council from the local self-government constituency, MHADA has decided to postpone the process in compliance with the poll code.”
