“The war in the Middle East has left thousands dead from both the Israel and Palestine sides. We demand an end to the hostilities and peaceful resolution to the 70-year-old conflict. Civilians are deliberately targeted and innocent lives lost in mindless bombing,” said Siraj Bagwan, organising secretary, Kul Jamati Tanzeem. Zuber Memon, national convenor, National Conference for Minorities, said, “We don’t want war and wish for peace. The humanitarian aid and assistance to Gaza must be implemented in letter and spirit.”
