Rohit Sharma (India captain and Man of the Match): “The stage was set, good conditions to bat. Was trying to do what I do, hit through the line. It came off really well. Went out there and had some fun. That’s too much to ask (a double-hundred). Any target here is not defendable, KL is in great form. There is a template to my batting, which I follow.|

17:45 hrs IST: Hello and welcome to HT’s live coverage of the second T20 between India and Sri Lanka in Indore. After sealing a magnificent win in Cuttack, Rohit Sharma’s side will look to clinch the series tonight.
India’s wrist-spin duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav left Sri Lanka’s middle order clueless after KL Rahul’s half-century and MS Dhoni’s late blitzkrieg powered Rohit Sharma’s side to 180/3 at Cuttack’s Barabati Stadium. The two shared six wickets between them and were supported by Hardik Pandya, who finished with a three-wicket haul.
Sri Lanka, on the other hand, will look to drag the series until Sunday for the decider in Mumbai.
All eyes will be on Angelo Mathews and Upul Tharanga while captain Thisara Perera will look to lead from the front.
Sri Lanka have now lost their last five T20 internationals away from home, never before have they lost more in succession on the road.
