NEW DELHI: A Delhi court pulled up senior police officers for their “lackadaisical approach” in filing charge-sheets without obtaining forensic reports in Jawaharlal Nehru University student Anmol Ratan case.

Ratan is accused of raping a 28-year-old student in the university hostel. The court was hearing arguments on the charge and the bail plea of the accused.

Additional sessions judge at Patiala House court complex Devendra Kumar Sharma pulled up senior police officers.

A show-cause notice was issued to the concerned police officers of these districts including deputy commissioners of police.
