“The ‘Million Dollar’ will be given to those individuals who will come forward with tips, evidence and testimony leading to the reversal of Judge Aryan’s April 30 order acquitting Congress leader Sajjan Kumar,” said Gurpatwant S Pannun, legal adviser to the organisation, Sikhs for Justice.

A Delhi court on Tuesday acquitted Kumar of charges in a case related to the killing of five men in Delhi during the November 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
Pannun said a Chandigarh resident has already come forward with information, which, he added, is being followed up.

“We can raise millions for this cause,” he said. The organisation is also active in Canada and Europe.
