14-year-old girl killed

A 14-year-old class 9 student of a Government Senior Secondary School was killed when the Gramin Sewa auto she was travelling in turned turtle in Sangam Vihar area in Southeast Delhi on Saturday morning. HT reports.

A 14-year-old class 9 student of a Government Senior Secondary School was killed when the Gramin Sewa auto she was travelling in turned turtle in Sangam Vihar area in Southeast Delhi on Saturday morning.

According to the police, the accident occurred at around 7.15am when the victim and three other schoolgirls were going to school in located in Tughlaqabad Extension area.

There were a few more passengers in the vehicle but except the deceased no one suffered any injury. This is the third accident in the city in this week where schoolchildren lost their lives.
