Two Mumbai-bound passengers were stopped at Terminal 1D of the airport at 11am on Wednesday.

"They were intercepted at the ticket counter and asked to produce Indian currency they were carrying. Two notes of 1,000 were verified and found to be fake,” said CISF spokesperson Hemendra Singh. They said they had got the money in Dubai.
