This is the fourth consecutive death since September 10.
“This is the seventh person to die due to swine flu in Delhi but at least four including this one are from NCR regions,” N.K. Chaturvedi, medical superintendent, RML Hospital said.
The victim, a resident of Ghaziabad, was admitted to the hospital on September 5.
“He went to a doctor 12 days after showing symptoms. He was first admitted to Fortis Hospital, Noida, before being shifted to RML. He was tested positive for swine flu at RML,” Chaturvedi said.
Fifty-three fresh cases were reported in the Capital taking the total swine flu affected victims in Delhi to 1203.
