Aurobindo Marg closed to night traffic till December

The busy Aurobindo Marg will remain closed to traffic at night for construction work of Delhi Metro. The stretch of Aurobindo Marg from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) to IIT will remain closed for traffic between 11 pm and 6 am.

The busy Aurobindo Marg will remain closed to traffic at night for construction work of Delhi Metro. The stretch of Aurobindo Marg from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) to IIT will remain closed for traffic between 11 pm and 6 am.

The route falls on the Central Secretariat-Gurgaon corridor. Traffic has been diverted via Gautam Nagar-NIFT road-Dilip Singh Marg and back to Aurobindo Marg.

This diversion will remain effective up to December. Traffic marshals have been deployed on the diverted road and adequate signages have been displayed, a Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) statement said.
