Asom Gana Parishad (AGM) members tried to snatch a copy of the bill when external affairs minister Salman Khurshid rose to move the Constitution (119th) Amendment Bill, 2013, amid ruckus in the house over coal block allocation and bribery allegations in the railway ministry.

The process of introduction of the bill could not be completed. Deputy chairman PJ Kurien had to adjourn the house in the din that ensued.
