Gearing up for the upcoming Assembly elections, Delhi BJP will convene the first meeting of its state executive committee tomorrow.
Gearing up for the upcoming Assembly elections, Delhi BJP will convene the first meeting of its state executive committee on Tuesday.

Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi will inaugurate the meet to be presided over by Delhi BJP president Vijay Goel. BJP general secretary Ananth Kumar will be present.
“All state office-bearers, former presidents, leader of the opposition in Delhi Legislative Assembly, deputy leader, legislators and permanent and special members will participate in the meeting,” a statement said.
To attract the youth, a conference of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) members will be held. Goel said the BJP will raise the issue of the youth through the BJYM in the polls.
“When we had come to power in 1967, we had opened 18 colleges. When the BJP will come to power this time, 15 new colleges will be opened and a scheme will be framed for evening classes in the colleges where no such classes are held,” he said.
On the party’s future strategy, Goel said the BJP would provide books and laptops to all students at concessional rates
