In his meeting with Gill, Goel demanded a white paper on funds and expenses for the Games saying the Organising Committee has been "making profits".

In a statement issued here, Goel claimed that despite a request, the Sports Minister could not provide him with a schedule of test games "which is proof enough of prevailing uncertainties in context of Games".

He also asked Gill "to direct" the Delhi government to concentrate on long pending infrastructure projects relating to the Games and "to refrain" the organising committee from getting into confrontation with the CWG Federation.

The former Sports Minister also handed over a letter to Gill in which he alleged that the Indian Olympic Association was not concentrating on medal winning teams.
