Delhi Police have got some important clues in the case involving the body of a woman found in a parcel. According to sources, the mat found inside the tin box was bought from Uttar Pradesh. A team has been dispatched to the location.

Also, Delhi Police had checked brothels on GB Road to find out if some girl from the locality went missing recently.

“There could be a possibility that the girl had gone missing from GB Road. They don’t inform us in such cases,” said a senior police officer.

Police also said the victim belonged to a semi-urban family. “Another identification mark is that the little fingers of her toe are abnormally big. Meanwhile, we are also questioning rickshaw pullers,” he added.

Delhi Police had recently released the sketch of a murder suspect. Police have so far contacted over 150 families in an effort to identity the victim.
